2. 24 Hours Sleep Record

* No operation is required, sleep monitoring is turned on all day by default. Start recording sleep when both heart rate and stress are in a relaxed state. The watch can see the data.

* You can check your daily, weekly, and monthly sleep quality in “VeryFit”, analyze your sleep quality specifically, and provide detailed sleep improvement suggestions.

* Note: Only sleep over 3 hours will be recorded.

3. 24 Hours SpO2 & Emotional Stress

The blood oxygen function needs to be manually turned on for automatic monitoring. A low oxygen alarm can also be set. (Note: The data is monitored and recorded every 30 minutes, and the monitoring record will not take effect until the wrist is stable for one minute.)
